Your Journey With Us

On-Site Consultation
We start with a $200 on-site consultation to understand your vision, budget, site and what you want to achieve. From there, we map out exactly what’s required to move your project forward.
Pre-Construction
Every project is different. We provide a tailored pre-construction proposal covering the plans, consultants, engineering, approvals and documentation required for your project. We coordinate the right people and guide the process from concept to construction-ready.
Construction Proposal
Once the plans and documentation are complete, we price the build properly. You’ll receive a detailed construction proposal outlining the scope, inclusions and price before making the decision to proceed.
Construction
Once contracts are signed, we get to work. Our team manages the build from start to finish, with clear communication, regular updates and a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
Handover
We complete a final walkthrough, resolve any outstanding items and hand over your finished project. And our support doesn’t stop when construction does.
