Licensed, and you can check
We hold QBCC licence 15371883, which carries home warranty insurance and a 6-year structural warranty. Anyone can call themselves a renovator. Look up any builder on the QBCC register before you sign anything, including us.
A real price, not a list of allowances
Cheap quotes handle the unknowns with allowances: a placeholder for tiling, another for tapware, another for electrical. When the real cost lands higher, it becomes a variation and you pay it. A properly scoped tender prices the actual job.
You deal with the builder
Matt and Sam run the sites themselves. You are not handed from a salesperson to a project manager to a subcontractor, and the person who quoted your job is the person you call when you have a question about it.
What happens when something goes wrong
On any build, something eventually needs sorting. A licensed builder carries the insurance and the warranty to make that straightforward. Unlicensed work leaves you holding the risk, and it can affect your own home insurance.
