The Story

The Challenge

The existing balcony was undersized and unsafe — rusting balustrades, cracking concrete, and no weather protection for the carport below. The exterior cladding was dated fibro that needed replacing.

Our Solution

We demolished the existing concrete balcony and built a new engineered framed balcony with aluminium balustrading. James Hardie Linea weatherboard was installed across the full facade, and a flyover carport with custom staircase connects all levels.

The Result

A completely transformed street presence — the home now looks like a modern coastal build. The new balcony doubled the usable outdoor space and the carport protects two vehicles.
