The Story
The Challenge
A three-bedroom, two-bathroom Southport home with a closed internal layout that separated the kitchen from the living and dining areas. The owners wanted a modern, open and refined home with a completely new feel, achieved without the cost and disruption of rebuilding.
Our Solution
We removed an internal wall to create a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, then rebuilt the interior around it: a completely new kitchen, two fully renovated bathrooms, a new laundry and custom robes throughout. New lighting, finishes and ducted heating and cooling were incorporated across the entire home.
The Result
Thoughtful detailing, warm timber tones, stone finishes and integrated lighting bring a high-end feel throughout, while the improved layout and functionality have significantly enhanced both the liveability and value of the property. A full interior renovation delivering a completely new feel without the need to rebuild.
