The Story
The Challenge
The owners wanted a second ensuite but had no spare rooms. The only option was converting the laundry — which meant relocating all plumbing and fitting a full bathroom into a compact footprint without losing laundry functionality.
Our Solution
We demolished the existing laundry, cut and restructured the concrete slab for plumbing, and built a new ensuite with floor-to-ceiling tiling and a nib wall. The laundry was relocated to the garage with repurposed cabinetry and new sliding robe doors.
The Result
A luxurious modern ensuite that seamlessly integrates with the existing bedroom, completed efficiently within the 12-day timeframe.
